Same figure, same time, every month. If something outside the plan needs doing, you get a written price first — never a “while we were there” surprise.

Test
Full water panel: chlorine, pH, alkalinity, salt, stabiliser, calcium hardness. Numbers, not guesswork.
Balance
Chemistry corrected to spec on the spot. What went in, and why, goes in the report.
Clean
Skim, baskets, brush — vacuum and filter clean on Gold and up. Equipment eyeballed while we’re there.
Report
Plain-English summary sent when we’re done. Anything wearing out, you hear about it before it fails.
