Yanchep has always felt like its own town — the lagoon, the national park with its koalas and kangaroos, the old crayfishing streets near the beach. Now it’s also one of Perth’s fastest growth fronts, with new estates spreading east of Marmion Avenue and the train line finally stitching it into the city.
